:(

The last time I logged into my Facebook Account was 2 weeks ago.
I was suppose to key in a security code sent to my email or hp.
But Facebook never send me any of them.
Even if they did, they're all expired and can't be used.

So I'll be spending most of my time here and also in Twitter instead of Facebook.

I miss my friends.
For real.

Food Hunt. Failed.

Some months ago (Found pictures of the food in my archive),
Shwong and I had this macaron craze and decided to search the whole Perth for the round babies.
Our second attempt was a restaurant in Cottesloe that sells imported macarons from France.
We were expecting colorful treats but to our disappointment,
they stopped importing them since a month ago.
T_____________________T

Hence, we decided to try other things in the restaurant.
Since everything in the menu's in French.
We asked the waiter what's good.
He recommended Duck Parfait.

Shwong hated it because she knows how they made these.
I don't know the process so I can stand the smell and taste of it.
And I forced her to eat half of it cuz I can't have anymore.

You guys should see her expression when swallowing.
Super funny can die.
MEHHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE.

Salmon thinggy.
(forgot the name)

Months passed and I reminded Shwong bout the Goose Parfait
(when we were enjoying our Korean food.)
She immediately lost her appetite.

=.='''''

Something to cool the body heat.

First meal of the day(s).

I crave for all sorts of food every morning.
I know, my tummy is weird.

IF I wake up at 8, I'll get bread and milk or just soya bean with oats.
IF I wake up before 10, I'll go for dim sum.
IF I wake up at 11, I'll get laksa or home cooked rice.

Because my tummy screams all the time and I have to consume at least one bowl of rice a day.
Genes from grandma.

My favourite Saturday morning food.
IKEA BREAKFAST AT 1.50 each!
:)

Under my Umbrella.

Received a very belated birthday present from one of the babes.
She loves the song 'love the way you lie' by Rihanna.
And because of that,
I am going to see her sing with Rihanna.

*I bet she will only wait for that song to play and then sing like there's no one listening*
BAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHA

Thank yousss.

How I spend my Free time.

Not shopping but Knitting.
:)))

Some friends asked me how I spend my very free time *hint* and I knit all day.
I even get scolded by mom because I'm addicted to it.
I knit everywhere I go.

A long scarf took me 2 weeks.
A long sleeve top took me 1 1/2 months.

Roast porkk lookalike!

I put them on the dining table and grandma was like, get a basket for all of these.
But I dun want a basket.
IT's too grandmas.

What urged me to do this?
One day, I saw my friends who're studying fashion knitting in front of me.
She said it's so easy and fun but boring because it's repetitive.
And I was like omgg so interesting.
I'm going to learnnn.
And when I went back,
I had so much free time I don't know what to do.
Even mom was shocked when I told her that I wanna take knitting classes.
:)

Thanks Mom and my teachers.

Cuckoo

This bird has been knocking on my window since I moved into the house 12 years ago.
I tried to make it stop but failed.
Mom and Bro complained about it.

Sometimes I'm happy when it's around.
Sometimes, I'm not.

The bird knocks on the window every morning around 9 when I'm still in dreamland and every afternoon around 3 when I'm having a nap.

Weird?

Coffee or Cup?

Saw a meaningful post in Cass's Blog which was an email.
:)

The happiest people in the world are not those who have no problems, but those who learn to live with things that are less than perfect.

A group of graduates, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups – porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite – telling them to help themselves to the coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee, the professor said, “If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the simple and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases, it is just more expensive and some cases even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups.... Then you began eyeing each other's cups.”

“Now consider this”
, said the professor, “Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change, the quality of Life we live. Sometimes, by concentrating on the cups, we fail to enjoy the coffee God has provided us. Enjoy your coffee!”

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything. Four things to take note in life...

1. Live simply
.
2. Love generously.

3. Care deeply.
4. Speak kindly.

Shine a light and enjoy your coffee today!

Ugly Ducking.

Yesterday night the girls went up North for Peking Duck.
We had Duck skin, duck and tofu soup, Sang Choi Bao and Sizzling Tofu.
Yumsss.
Then we headed to Oliph's house opposite Bell Tower to kickstart their Operation-G.

(sorry for the bad quality pictures. took them with the lollipop and BB.)
